At Taxi09, you can book car through our android mobile application only. You can always cancel your car booking and we will always fully refund you, as long as you do so 24 hours prior to your pick up date and time, via our mobile app.
a) A cancellation charge of Rs. 200 applies if you cancel less than 24 hours before booking start time.
b) A charge of 50% of the booking amount is applicable if canceled within 6 hours of the booking start time.
c) No cancellation is allowed after booking start time as there is no refund.
Refund will be made within 8 working hours or next business day after cancellation upon payment as per the cancellation policy.
